The highest clouds and what constitutes Space

The highest clouds are Noctilucent clouds and are found at the poles during the summer at a height of about 80 kilometres.

The edge of Earths atmosphere is defined by the Karman line named after the Hungarian born engineer Theodore van Karman who noted that at 100 kilometres above sea level it was difficult to achieve aerodynamic lift.
